About Our Chapter
Marion Stubbs Thomas founded Jack and Jill of America, Inc. January 24, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1946, the National Organization was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware. Since that meeting in 1938, chapters have been organized across the entire United States and as of July 2022, there are 262 chapters, representing more than 50,000 family members making a difference in communities nationwide.
Today, the Buckhead Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is stronger than ever with 79 mothers and 114 children. Excellent children’s programming is key. Relationships are critical. Raising happy, self-reliant, productive, spiritually connected children is a journey. It takes a Village!
The Buckhead Atlanta Chapter connects with many local and national organizations to support their mission with volunteer hours, in kind or financial donations. Below is just a sampling of our partners.
